The diagnostic fee will be collected by your Pro and covers the cost of the Pro’s initial visit and
assessment
of the issue. If your repair is completed, the diagnostic fee will be waived or credited back on your
invoice.
We charge a low diagnostic fee. The diagnostic fee is the cost for a service professional to come to your home and provide an estimate for the repair. If you decide to proceed with the repair, the diagnostic that was paid will be credited back towards the cost of your repair. If you decline our estimate and do not move forward with the repair, you are still responsible for the diagnostic fee.

“Saved a Fundraiser!!!. Expecting 30 people for a Saturday fundraiser with New Orleans food - Spicy Shrimp, Chicken Gumbo, Shrimp Creole, Jambalaya...I am doing the cooking. Problem: Tuesday morning my chicken stock boils over and my cook top is no longer functional. Called repair person - 3-5 business days and over $500.00. had to find someone else...contacted Serviz Inc. Booked online - so easy!!! Told me service rep on his way...wonderful update. Bob arrived with a positive can do attitude and a cheerful smile...all very welcome in my state of panic. He gave it a good go to try to correct the problem...no luck so he diagnosed the problem...ordered parts and said he'd be back on Thursday. He made an appointment for me-- I got the confirmation...He left me feeling confidant that all would be OK!!! Bob arrived on Thursday - still cheerful and smiling - he pulled out every stop to try to get into my old cook top with parts that refused to open up. I could not believe his willingness to stick to it and find a way to get into this old system. A hard worker, determined to get the problem ID, and corrected. A thinker, methodical, willing to try it more than one way.....Lots of hard work..... And Success!!!! He had it working that afternoon so the fundraiser could go on!!! I am a fan!!! Great Service!!!
