“AMAZING! Holy crap, Dan and Steve showed up on time and with a smile on their faces! They saw what needed to be done, told me about how long it would take and how much it would be. I was ready to pay more but Dan explained that even though I had a two story home, I didn't have a lot of gutter so the lower price was what he felt was fair. Are you kidding me?? As he and Steve were working on the back of the house gutter, they saw some of the gutter pulling away from the house. Dan didn't hesitate to ask if I had some wood screws available. I gave him my screws, he climbed back up to the second floor and secured my gutter back to its original position. Dan didn't have to do any of that but he went over and above to fix a problem that could have caused major problems in the future and he didn't even charge extra for that!!
