“I must admit that I had some doubts but was very pleasantly surprised by Serviz. I was able to book same day appointment on a Saturday to have someone come out to service my dryer. The Serviz system kept me in the loop at each turn (when I booked the service, when technician was on his way, and more). Tim showed up on time (actually, he was few minutes early) and was very professional. He diagnosed my dryer and in the end, it was not something that could readily be repaired (not because he didn't have the skills but because the entire control panel was out). He researched and told me what the cost would be and provided me with options including just purchasing a new dryer since repair would be more than 2/3 of cost of a new one. Overall, very painless and easy process. Hope future sessions with Serviz goes this smooth.”
