I tried calling various plumbers, but the best they could offer was that someone would call me on Monday sometime between the hours of 8 am and 6 pm to schedule an appointment---not that someone would come out on Monday, but just that an appointment would be made. Instead I went to SERVIZ and was able to schedule an appointment for Monday morning with only a 2 hour window (most service providers offer only 4 hour windows). And just like my previous appointment with SERVIZ (one week earlier to fix a door), the tech showed up within the first half hour of the scheduled timeframe and completed the repair very quickly. Who needs to call a plumber when you receive much better service with SERVIZ?”
