“Fast service and good value!. Our 15 year old water heater began leaking and Serviz had a plumber at our house in a few hours. He had a replacement heater in his truck (!) but I wanted to get an Energy Star rated heater and had researched several possible models. Lev (plumber) quickly called his supplier and then a distributor, looking for an Energy Star model in stock but without luck. I have an additional complication - a very tight interior location and the new water heaters are bigger than older models, which limited my selection possibilities. Lev described a new Noritz brand tankless heater that could be mounted in the exisiting closet, can use the exisitng 1/2 inch gas line and can use the existing flue (other models would require up-sized gas line and a new vent to the roof.) The price was comparable to the Energy Star tank type so the decision was easy. Lev had it installed the next day and was a great help describing the operation, annual water treatment service and he gave me a rebate form for $200, thanks to So Cal Gas and Noritz. I look forward to using Serviz again for other projects.”
