“EXCELLENT SERVICE - MY TECHNICIAN ROBERT WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND TO GET THE WORK DONE. I called SERVIZ when my downstairs air conditioning did not work. As Robert was out there fixing the lower unit, the expensive unit I just installed 2 years prior upstairs malfunctioned. Robert immediately went into the attic and figured out what the problem was. He even took pictures of the work which was performed by the previous nightmare HVAC company I hired to do the HVAC upstairs. Robert promptly called for the parts under warranty and fixed the upstairs unit for a very reasonable price. He saved me lots of running around by doing all the warranty work himself. Robert went above and beyond what was expected and even dealt directly with my very upset tenant who had to endure 110 plus temperatures upstairs for two weeks due to the incompetence of my first HVAC guy. Robert was always professional, on time and answered all my questions. I would highly recommend him.”
